Is e-learning ever going to catch on? Will it become huge, or not?

At the moment it only seems to be widespread for boring but necessary things, like fire extinguisher training, where you get proof that people have plodded through the slides.

but will it catch on for management training? I know it’s probably never going to be as good as actually seeing the man himself (or woman) but then again, you can log on whenever convenient, maybe in small chunks or in the evening, and you can do bits more than once, and if people are geographically spread out then it’s good. So maybe….

I have created a time management course which is to be found at and you can try it free for a week

but what I really want to know is what subject to create next. Your vote would be appreciated:

  1. I suspect I was the fourth voter

  2. Funnily enough we’re just updating the software to show how many voters there have been – just like you, it’s the first thing I wanted to know when I voted!
